Copyright Policy

Siterifty does not review or pre-approve listing content before it goes live — sellers publish directly (see our no-gatekeeping model). That means we rely on rights-holders to tell us when something is wrong, and we act promptly once we know. We take copyright seriously: repeated or willful infringement gets a seller removed from the platform, not just the one listing.

To report a listing that infringes your copyright, submit a notice through our Report a Listing form, or contact us directly. A valid notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The exact listing URL (or listing title/seller) where the infringing material appears
• Your contact information (name, email, and physical address if applicable)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Once we receive a complete notice, we review it and — where it's valid — remove or disable access to the reported listing and notify the seller who posted it. We aim to act on valid notices promptly. An incomplete notice (missing any of the items above) may delay review while we follow up for the missing details.

If your listing was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel. A counter-notice should include:

• Identification of the listing that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the listing was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon a valid counter-notice, the original complainant is notified. If they don't pursue further action within a reasonable window, the listing may be reinstated.

A seller who receives multiple valid copyright complaints will have their account suspended or terminated, regardless of what stage their individual listings were at.
