Siterifty is a privately held, independently owned platform. It is not a publicly traded company — there is no stock listed on any exchange, no ticker symbol, and no public shareholder registry. Any offer to buy or sell "shares" or "equity" in Siterifty from a source other than the company's own, direct communication is not legitimate and should be treated as fraudulent.

Siterifty is not owned by, affiliated with, or operated on behalf of any other marketplace, platform, or company unless explicitly stated in writing by Siterifty. We are independently built and operated. For more on who's behind the platform, see About Us and Is Siterifty Legit?

The "Siterifty" name, our logo, and the visual design of this site (colors, layout, and branding elements taken as a whole) belong to Siterifty. You're welcome to link to us, reference us by name in an accurate, non-misleading way (for example, "I sold my app on Siterifty"), or write about us honestly, including critically.

What you may not do without our written permission:

• Use the Siterifty name or logo in a way that suggests your product, site, or business is Siterifty, is officially endorsed by Siterifty, or is affiliated with us when it isn't.
• Copy our site design, layout, or branding for a competing or unrelated product.
• Use the Siterifty name in a domain name, app name, or business name.
• Use our brand assets in advertising, sponsorships, or promotional material implying a partnership that doesn't exist.

If you're not sure whether a specific use is fine, ask us — most reasonable requests (press, reviews, integrations) are easy to say yes to.

Products listed for sale on Siterifty (websites, apps, games, templates, and their underlying code or assets) belong to the sellers who list them, not to Siterifty. Purchasing a listing transfers whatever the listing itself describes as included — Siterifty doesn't independently license or warrant the underlying intellectual property of any listed product.
