Not everything fits perfectly the first time — blank and Siterifty branded pieces can be returned within 14 days. Custom branded pieces are the one exception, since they're made just for you.
It comes down to whether we could sell the item to someone else afterward. A blank piece or one with our own siterifty.com branding can go right back into a future batch — a custom piece printed with your own text or logo can't.
Custom branding is printed to your exact text, color, and size — it's made specifically for you and can't be resold or reused for anyone else's order.
Because of that, custom branded items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged once production starts. Please double-check your spelling, color choice, and size before placing a custom order — we're glad to answer questions beforehand if anything's unclear.
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Contact us with your order details and we'll send return instructions.
Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method — this usually takes 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Need a different size instead of a refund? Let us know when you reach out and we'll arrange an exchange rather than a return where possible.
Not sure about sizing? Check the size guide before you buy — for custom branded items especially, we'd rather you order the right size the first time than deal with a final-sale item that doesn't fit.
